I got this brace in just a couple days after ordering it. I liked the fact that they didn’t use a lot of waste to rap the brace. It just came inside a plastic bag along with the instructions to wear it. I didn’t have to read the instructions (that also came with lots of pictures), as it was very simple to put on. Just like if you were wearing a backpack, but without the pack. The straps are long enough for me, but it came with an extra piece of Velcro to attach it to the end of each strap in case you need them to be longer.

Very easy to put on and adjust. Simple but effective. I wore it today while I was working at my computer and I could tell the difference. I actually wore it over my shirt but under a cardigan and it wasn’t really all that noticeable. I was slightly uncomfortable while wearing it, but I presume it’s because I’m accustomed to hunching over. My neck and back didn’t hurt as much as they usually do after 6+ hours of a desk job. I look forward to continuing to use this.

I have scoliosis and it’s hard to keep one shoulder back and in alignment. I can, but it’s something I have to “try” to do and it gets exhausting. I put this on and my shoulders were IMMEDIATELY squared off. I was/am absolutely amazed. It’s very comfortable and…truly amazing. I had my husband try it on and he looked so different. Strangely, he looked years younger…and he was equally amazed at how he felt. He looked stronger, because he was standing tall. Sounds weird, but I promise you, it makes a HUGE difference in how you look AND how you feel. I got this yesterday and had trouble falling asleep, because all I kept thinking about was how excited I was to wake up the next morning (today) to put it back on! It’s not noticeable under my shirt and I’m sitting tall and feeling energized.
